About 2 years ago, I tried to appeal my ban (my account was stolen and someone played on it, probably with cheats as you can see), but it was denied.
So, I read Ban Policy and found text about "hacked accounts". As I said earlier in the thread, my account was stolen, but now I have full control over it. It's been 2 years, but I still have hope that you will understand my situation.
I would like to know, is there any possibility of getting me unbanned?

Sorry for my english, it's not my primary language.
Somehow I was banned on your service, and I'm still at a loss. I confirm the facts: I didn't play with any cheat programs, I didn't buy account boost. I was just playing from time to time. And when I joined the server with map Siege of Shanghai, every minute I saw message: "Dj_Haski is banned for Suspicious Stats". It's was very annoying, so I decided to see my profile on your service. And what I saw is: Banned. For Suspicious Stats. I don't know what to do, and what to say, so, I am ready to attach everything you need.
I hope everything will be OK!

Hello, thank you for reply.
I've checked my previous email (now there is different email), and found only one message, where I replied to EA Support about my hacked account:

I've also requested my EA Account data, I will try to find something useful there and answer later.
It's been 2 years, as I said earlier, EA security panel is empty and email too. I know that I probably don't have enough data to confirm this, but I'm trying to get my account back in the game for the second year already, so it makes no sense for me to use any cheat software. I just want to clean my account reputation and get it unbanned, because it was clearly not me (I didn't even play with these weapons, I prefered AEK-971) and that just unfair...
UPDATE: Downloaded my EA data, nothing useful there... Any suggestions?

Reports like this make me think that the ban is in place for a good reason. Do you have an explanation for those very high headshot rates?

Hello, thanks for answer. I looked all reports, and I have 100% answer: That wasn't me. I don't remember playing with these guns and class 2 years ago... (btw, my account was stolen one time, so maybe, it's was his/her work. Maybe not. (I have full control on my account now) ). I'm confused, so I don't know what to say/what to do, to explain my case. Thank you for your work. So, As I understand it, there is no way to unban me?(

Hey! Thanks for fast response! I can't remember playing with these guns, maybe it's was luck?... I can't tell you 100% what was that. I noticed that when I visited my profile first time..."You seem to be banned by the autoadmin for your headshot rate on the AK5C and the AK12. Can you explain how the headshot rates got so high?
