You seem to be banned by the autoadmin for your headshot rate on the AK5C and the AK12. Can you explain how the headshot rates got so high?

Reports like this make me think that the ban is in place for a good reason. Do you have an explanation for those very high headshot rates?

What he said means "If you kill-traded in the past, just admit it. There's no way that you got banned for no reason."

Try your best to communicate in English because others need to know what you are trying to explain. You seem to be able to do so according to your ban appeal.
If you are posting something unrelated to the topic or just your personal opinion in someone else's appeal in Chinese, they are very likely to be deleted.

Hello, thanks for answer. I looked all reports, and I have 100% answer: That wasn't me. I don't remember playing with these guns and class 2 years ago... (btw, my account was stolen one time, so maybe, it's was his/her work. Maybe not. (I have full control on my account now) ). I'm confused, so I don't know what to say/what to do, to explain my case. Thank you for your work. So, As I understand it, there is no way to unban me?( -
As it seems your account got used to cheat, I am not able to remove your ban.
Consider reading our ban and appeal policies to prevent further issues with our service.
