Appeal: I was recently banned by you guys BF4DB for not being a "casual" new player by one of your admins and who just ignored my words and was repeating himself claiming I am not new to the game and banned me.

First let me try to open your minds a little bit, I am very into competitive playstyle and playing aggressive, and I was looking for a "new" game where I could feel the same vibes from COD modern warfare (fast game) because i am getting bored of that game.

i always knew BF4 was a fast game and i have even watched BF4 esl one matches back in 2015 when the competitive scene was a thing but i never put my hands on it, i have always been fascinated on how fast and good looking this game can be so i decided to try it a month ago. (big mistake on my point of view)

I have only played on 5V5 private and unranked servers for a FULL MONTH trying to do my best until i felt comfortable to play this game casually and perform good. And honestly I don't know why you're all so obsessed about brand new accounts performing good.

I currently have 300+ hours in this game only practicing against tryhards because that's my way to learn faster, anyways... apparently this doesn't matter to you a single bit.

But lets say that... if someone has a brand new account and that person is doing good you guys can immediately point at them and tell them he's either a cheater or a smurf and ban them depending on your assumption? I do not understand your ban system but this is just f*cked up and I believe this is not the right way to do things. 

In my case, I provided proof I am not cheating but I got banned anyways for being a smurf or some other kind of sh*t. i don't get it. I also do not understand why my ban reason is "multihack", I have proven that I am not cheating in this game but I still banned. 

And last but not least I repeat, this is the only BF4 account I have and I am not a smurf please just let me enjoy the game.

my map knowledge is beyond what a new CASUAL player would have after buying the game and just joining a random server to play, and like i said i watched tons of tryhards and pro players playing this game ESPECIALLY IN THIS MAP, and that's why i know what can be blown up.

the "console command" you're talking about is literally on my User.cfg capped at 200 and i saw my FPS going from 200 to 198 and i set it to 202 to see if i could gat constant 200 fps, a new player can't have basic knowledge on what he sets his shit to? that's crazy...


i never said i never practiced in this thread, you're saying this. There are multiple empty and unranked 5v5 locker servers where i can try stuff without messing up before trying ingame.

i have watched tons of highlights and competitive videos of this game from pros and casual tryhards and downloaded a random competitive setting and changed stuff to my liking on the test range... i am not new to FPS games, i have a record of 107,265 on aimlabs, a lot of gamesense and this game is just easy to play. What makes you think i have a main account is it my aim? is it how i move or how i just look at the minimap because that's what i'm supposed to do? like i said i do not own or have access to any other account.
and jesus christ... that's how you guys operate? first i thought my KPM ban was an accident or some type of error but now i see why this game is almost dying...

i just recorded a game with the M416 on operation locker where i did 187/36 5.05 K/D, 5.19 KPM and 29% acc
i would prob get my acc higher if i did not shoot air sometimes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and i'm sorry for the bad video i posted earlier, i didn't notice the huge lack of video quality at first.
I watched a few youtube tutorials on how to find the propper settings to record with OBS and recorded another round with the M416, but i could not fix the sound desync issue... it's probably hardware/software interference between OBS and my headphones no matter what i try, i watched a few "fixes" on youtube but i could not fix this issue, i have razer sound drivers installed and i am using a razer USB adapter to a 3.5mm with a non razer device maybe that's why...

• • just saying... the server that banned me was running at 90hz and had 1200 tickets, i could not find another server with the same settings, the server i tried to record my gameplay is running at 60hz  (*edit* my mistake, the server is also at 90 hz) i thought i uploaded a footage playing a TDM server) + 1600 tickets and i was playing against some really laggy players eating my bullets andthats why i died so much.
  • When i got banned i had not unlocked the AEK yet and i was playing with the M416 but you guys did not specify what weapon and map i should play on my gameplay footage so here's a game where my score was 149/30 with 27% acc and 4.97K/D and 6.77KPM using the AEK today after my ban was "lifted"
  • if you need a game with the M416 just tell me, it will be much easier to get 30% acc.
