Seem like I have deleted the chat log since EA didn't need it. I'll contact them and see if they can give me a copy.

Appeal: Just got my account back after it was hacked waaaaay back in 2016. Thought I'd play some BF4 and soon realized I was banned everywhere as well. Guess the damn hacker was also cheating. Anyhow, would be nice to get the ban lifted so I can get my faced stomped by far more experienced players then myself.

Looked a bit more at my battlelog, seem the hacker was active up until about 2 years ago. Guess he tried to login and play then only to realize he was banned. 
I haven't really touched the game nor the account since around 2015, but since there aren't any timestamps for things I can't really point to things. And most of the logs are long lost it seem. 

The best evidence I can provide is the chat log from my talk with EAs help desk when I reclaimed my account.
