After testing, I found about that Nvidia driver 417.22 turns any laptop based Nvidia GPU into a GT 1030 DDR4 = basically all games run under 30FPS which makes it unplayable.

If you haven't installed this driver, don't install and wait for a new driver to come that fixes the problem.

If you installed before you knew about the problem, don't worry! Go to that website https://www.geforce.com/drivers and find your GPU, OS and language and choose "ALL", then search for 417.01 , then download the driver and in the Nvidia installer install driver but not GeForce Experience, for failsafe install. After installing the driver, download GeForce Experience https://www.geforce.com/geforce-experience/download but hover above button and go for "New tab" for direct download (You'll have to log in again after installing).

Hello guys, sorry for short hiatus.

I fixed it now by second method provided " just set your screen settings to Full Screen - Aspect Ratio ." by AIMspaZ

It seems that the tank screen is now the way it looked before the problem and that's one I need

With that fix I am finally able to shoot helis and infantries easier so I was able to get 21-1 K/D in Rogue Transmission match that lasted 23 minutes and 17 seconds. Because of that K/D got somehow 50+ Skill so that sums it all why I am now happy.

Not true, I changed FOV and it doesn't affect the inside of vehicle you know, only outside. High fov is beneficial because you can see enemy sneaking upon six.

In this case, FOV doesn't fix the bug happening when I toggle to first person mode in tanks and still see anything than a screen for drivers driving tanks

Due to Nvidia overlay being broken for no reason, I can only describe what I see in tank:

1.   The reticle is smaller (on all vehicles)

2.    I can see the more than a screen in a tank, let's say the inside of a tank for 10cm on all sides instead of seeing only a monitor for tank

3.    Trying C to fix didn't fix the bug. It just stays, even after starting game and again

The youtube video mentioned above does talk about reticle change but it's for reticle, not for bug

Today I am still getting the visual bug affecting tanks and vehicles. I never had that before and now it affects my gaming impactively. I cannot kill helis anymore easy because reticle now smaller. And it's frustrating, to be honest. 

How do I fix it actually?

Did try, but when I press the "i" with circles, it doesn't show anything, not even a trace of text. And I tried dad's account on Zavod 331 and is still banned by PunkBuster despite that in BF4DB there is no traces of PrinzEugenTHC's ban.

He is banned in all servers with PunkBuster for no reason. He is 46 year old and never used cheats in his life. He was only playing Golmud map this year.

Please search and invesgiate his problem with account if it's possible:

Guys I need help with my dad's account; he got banned by PunkBuster for no reason and it still persists to today.

The account was banned in 12th September 2018 and we went to EvenBalance to ask for ban appeal but the problem is that the "Alex J." is a robot that doesn't even tells the reason of ban and has no self-consciouess, so...

And I checked BF4DB profile, he not banned there but still banned by PunkBuster

The name of the account is: PrinzEugenTHC

Thanks to my friend I managed to get back full Origin without setup or install, only file transfer

Solution: Have someone give you whole Origin from ProgramFiles x86 and move the whole file to ProgramFiles x86 and run Origin.exe with admin permisson and login is normal now
