Wallhack all the way. Auto banned by script on my Gunmaster server.

We need you to provide proof in form of a youtube video for example showing that the suspected player is in fact wallhacking.

With the only given information being that he got banned on your server we won't be able to issue any official bans.

I don't think that it will be possible to ban based on one report with a slightly higher kpm especially on a report played on Operation Locker.

Happens all the time that one of your enemies manages to walk around your entire team and clear the hallways one by one getting insane KPM's.

His DMG stats are above average because he tends to play on hardcore servers.
