He glitches or teleports through water behind a RCB boat, catching up the boat hundreds of meters.

Then blows the boat up. Impossible swimming !!!!!!!!

Hi, unfortunately not. He did it several times. Other players watched suspicious behaviour as well.

It happened so fast, i didnt have time to start a video recording.
