To answer your argument about being able to play on official : PunkBuster violations aren't equivalent to a PunkBuster ban.

PunkBuster will kick player if a violation is triggered but player can rejoin anytime. The violation may be triggered again, after a certain amount of violations EvenBalance will emit a ban.

Services like GGC, PBBans and BF4DB do work differently, they ban on the first triggered violation detected. So you may be banned by us or GGC/PBBans and not be banned by EB itself.

Still doesn't change the fact that you've got to send them a ticket to prove the violation your ban is based on was triggered by mistake.
