Version 1.0.3 was released, adding the following functionality:

• Introducing Player Snapshots

Player snapshots are an easy way to save the current statistics of a player so that if they attempt to degrade their statistics to look legitimate, we will be able to see the history of their stats. In the past, you would have had to take a screenshot. Now all you have to do is log into the site and navigate to a player. After you're on the players in questions profile, just click on the snapshots tab and press create snapshot. From here the process is quite straight forward, if you are reporting a player for suspicious statistics (such as impossible HSKR or DMG), we recommend you take a snapshot and post it with your report.

Is this snapshot seen by everyone who looks at his profile or is this private?

It's available to everyone.  All you need to do is create a snapshot and the site will cache it.
