Sorry to ask a question that maybe covered elsewhere.

What does 'No Active BF4 Ban' mean against someone who has been cleared.

Does this mean that you have found an account say that was banned in BF,5 or another game elsewhere, just not BF4?

It just means you're not banned, sometimes we set this as clear reason when there's not other way to describe the logic behind it.
