English is not my native language so I try my best.

Today is the 21.10.2020 an I decided to download BF4 thinking of the good old times. When the download was finished I got some problems to Start the game. But after a few try´s it works. So I join the Server an get permanently kicked because my Account was used by a Cheater. I follow the Link and saw the Video. Its defenitly my Account and its definitly cheating. But it wasn´t me. I played BF4 last time years ago.

Yeah I have to say my password wasen´t the strongest (I was a naive Teenager) so I immediately changed it.

So my Question is: "How can I prove, that it wasn´t me using f***ing Cheats"

I hope somebody could help me, because I dont know what to do.

I want to ask for further help with my account. I dont want to be branded as a cheater because its not true.

If someone take a look at my Profile there you could see that I was actively playing BF4 4 years ago. 1 Year ago somebody else uses my account and 2 month ago he was cheating with it.

I hope somebody could help because I dont know what to do and I dont want to accept this situation.
