somebody reported me and now i can't play BF4 anymore :( ingame name was OOCSK24 now it's CrazySK24. I swear to god, i have never used any cheat in any game (exept GTA singleplayer LOL)

I really want to play again - my stats were pretty good, because i am pretty good at shooters... i really didn't use cheats, please help me ASAP.
