A few days ago my appeal was approved but im still getting banned and instantly kicked from servers for the same reason as before, is there any way to fix this?

You should reach to the server admin directly, it's probably a manual ban and not due to BF4DB plugin.

Sounds like a server kick.

Take it up with the server admin and feel free to reference your approved appeal.
