Appeal: I was banned for "dirty screenshot", had to dive deeper to know what that meant. Now i realize it was the screendot I used, and have been using for a short time in BFV without anything happening. I was hesitant to use it at first, but my friend (with +2000 hrs in BFV and +1700 hrs in BF1) recommended it highly and ensured me it would not be a problem. This is also what Google said when I researched it. Now when I went back to BF4 it apparently was a problem. Such a shame, because it is the only game I currently enjoy.

I have removed the screendot and will never use it again.

The usage of overlays is strictly against EA's Terms of Services, furthermore those screenshot are coming from a Hardcore server, on which a screendot gives you an unfair advantage over other players.

I see no reason to lift the ban considering the above reasons.
