Hi

So I've been banned for a while now but this is the first time I've given enough effort to actually do something about it. I have not altered the files at all and no tool for Battlefield. The only thing remotely like that could have been a Sleeping Dogs trainer. Could I get some help?

Also I forgot my Origin name is the same as my username

The profile in my Claimed Profiles is my account although I have no idea why or when I was actually banned.

Thanks for your response. I have read the new policy and according to PBBans (https://www.pbbans.com/mbi-view-ban-416443.html), my account was banned after 2/1/18 on March 4, 2018 (3/4/18). I also didn't quite understand what it meant by "unauthorized files". I'm assuming this meant any programs that would somehow alter game code which in that case, I had a few trainers installed on my PC as well as Cheat Engine. So is this all I needed to do? Is there any more information about the situation I have to provide?

I can't find any evidence that you have cheated.
