Appeal- Not honestly sure why I was banned. I saw something as suspicious states or something?? 

I recently (since April 2019) started playing PC. I used to play a ton on Xbox (my live account is TheRealJakiee) and played almost 1000 hours on BF4 on my xbox account. Recently got it for PC because i like PC now and the game is a lot better on PC. BF4 and other shooters are good glory days of gaming and hits heart. I use it to relax from my main game Rainbow 6 Siege which is an extremely competitive game and this is just a different style game. All aim no brain right? I had a extremely good game with a sniper and got a lot of good/lucky head shots, but another player on their team went the same score as i did (55-25) he went 55-24. So really not sure why I was banned. 

I have never cheated once on xbox or PC for any other game. Not sure why i got banned

TheBuster420 is my little brothers account. He lives away from me but we both play PC together as we do not see each other often. I find that a little funny how a random account (yes I do have him as a friend) but thats odd that I get banned. HE is a separate player from me and can provide proof of different living situations and different PCs all together.

I’d love to know how you have separate living situations and computers yet you both share the same static IP?

Absolutely, what would you like? I have separate photo Id and driver license. I can also offer the pics of each other’s set up. He does live close to me, and we use the same internet provider. 

Not trying to be rude or anything. Just don’t like getting banned when I didn’t do anything. I get if I was, but my stats show I’m not god at this game.

Also would like to point out that both accounts have played 1 game together which isn't possible without separate computers to my knowledge

These are both your and your "brother's" round history. Not a single common round as far as I can see.

I need to see all battle logs please.

I did not screen shot or record all my play time as that would be too much, and also never have been banned for another account before.  and he was kicked for hacks in that game. I remember seeing that in the in game chat I was in a game with a friend from R6S i play with and his ID name is swearimnottoxic. We both were like WTF banned for hacks. He also can tell you that he and the buster is seperate person. 

He did not play that round. Even if he got kicked/ban there would still be a battle report for him. The only reason that would prevent a battle report from being made is a server crash.
