Hello my name is Sergio, I am from Perú - South America. I am writing this as my learned second language to accelerate the process. 

All this headache began at March 15th - 2019. I purchased the physical form of this game in 2016 as i can recall(They had 1 copy of this game in 10 of the main stores i visited). I began to play fairly since that day. I was often harrassed by admins or players just for typing in spanish(I was often joining NA servers and BR servers with my friends and some of them are obviosly spanish people), but never went in a bad way. Due to the intense search of improving my skill, i was active until 2018. So you can imagine how many hours i have played this clean without any hackers or suspicious software and respecting the policies made by them until this day. 

The following information is proof of my innocence and lack of knowledge of third programs and punkbuster not getting updated as it should be. I am also aware that Origin recognized that in this post: https://techcrunch.com/2019/04/16/ea-origin-bug-exposed-hackers/

I am a veteran first person shooter player, playing since quake III and Half-Life or counter strike 1.5. I have never ever been involved in hacking or related non-sense, i don't need it. I always hardworked my aim and dedicated a lot of hours to various games and battlefield 4 is not one of them. You can tell by my low K/D ratio wich is really average. I also used sub-machine guns or shotguns as my main weapon. 

My problem begins here: I had a bad PSU wich harmed my HDD and had to change it. I had to reinstall the whole 64-bit Windows 7 OS.

I was playing Battlefield 1 and V by that time and forgot about Battlefield 4 and uninstalled it the same year they announced Battlefield V. The last time i managed to join punkbuster servers was at January 30th of 2019. Things went wrong after that day. I uninstalled Battlefield 4 the next day as i was really focused on doing Battlefield V daily missions and also played other games such as Quake Champions,etc. I remember being so happy to play battlefield V but my brain told me that i should install Battlefield 4 for nostalgia.

To be known: 

-I have never been banned for hacking in every Battlefield game or server. 

-My appeal is for unlifting my Punkbuster Global Guid Ban.

-I was banned after trying several servers non-stop from In-Game servers. I was getting the following message: "You have been kicked by Punkbuster".

-I never installed or hacks or suspicious software to have advantage over my enemies, i am not a coward and i encourage hackers to stop or leave the server and think wath they are doing. I don't cover or support hackers.

-My account have never been compromised

-I am the only user and owner of this PC.

-Punkbuster was outdated and i was banned after trying to join the servers without knowledge. 

-I am not a guru of computers to know wath can bring a false possitive to this anti-cheat and i think there is a lot of players wich are new or have little time playing games.

-I have a clan named WoA wich i got invited to join for having good communication and fast sighting

-Owner of Battlefield titles and still playing until this day.

To that being said i have to tell that after i tried several times to join every BF4 server in-game and by the battlelog webpage. The First error was: "Unable to Join this server" and a connection error showed up. I had this red errors and by the following day i was Banned as  "Global Ban Guid....". So i am fried now and can join "Fairfight only" servers but they don't exist anymore. All the servers are Punkbuster Activated now. I am unable to play this game wich i loved and being from South America, you can tell how inflated the price of physical  games and hard to get they are. .  I am not being banned for hacking or by an admin, never got a message of related to that in 4 years of playing. I was globally banned just for having the Punkbuster outdated and joining servers by April 3rd. 

I am guilty and always been since the first day of joining a Battlefield 4 server. 

You can check the given information, i also sent a Evenbalance ticket wich have never been responded. I am getting really tired of this Battlefield titles as many players are getting Globally Banned just for joining later and hacking on Fairfight Titles. I also have an strong password and change my password to protect my other games wich are: Titanfall Deluxe Edition, Battlefield 1 Deluxe Edition and Battlefield V Deluxe Edition and the mentioned game. I will never risk my account and i am enough grown to never think of it.
