I banned while playing BF3 and ı can't play BF4 too, because Even Balance banned me for some ridiculous reason. I sent my first ticket to Even Balance on January 27th, 2020 and even after a year guys at Even Balance cannot be bothered with my ban appeal. I'm starting to think this company(Even Balance) is dead now. I don't even know if there are any people working at Even Balance or if Even Balance is still a company....

I just want to play BF3 and BF4 as before...

I think I am unfairly banned, and the guys working at Even Balance are absolutely unresponsive about ban appeals.

You are not banned by us, all I can see is a PB violation on BF3 but that shouldn't prevent you from playing BF4 (unless you are PB Global on BF4 which I cannot see).

There is literally nothing we can do besides giving you the info I just wrote above.
