Appeal: Today I received a ban message for battlefield 4, a game that I have not played for years, lately I have only played Battlefield 1 but little else, investigating I have seen that I have several connections to my account from the country that I live in, Spain. I live in the city of Palma de Mallorca and it detects that they have connected from Barcelona, Valencia and Alicante. And I can assure you that it is not me since I have always lived in the same house. From the technical assistance of EA they cannot do anything and they have recommended me to change my security system that I have already done.I hope. answers.
