It's been a while since I had this ban in my account I didn't know where to claim until I managed to find the page, I was investigating since I was banned for modifying game files

The only thing I used at that time was sweetfx to be able to increase the graphics a bit

Unless sweetfx was named multihack_external_cerraosso back in 2017 there was probably something else that triggered the ban.

Anyway you need to appeal to EvenBalance first. If they admit violation was triggered by mistake then appeal to PBBans and GGC, then us.
