Appeal: After asking, I know why I was banned and its because of my HSKR for the revolver . I can have proof of any kind upon request. BF4 is my favourite and I was frustrated to find that Recently I had been banned by many servers. The headshot kills are from me and my friend helping each other get service stars for certain weapons ,not cheats. I just really want to get back to playing BF4 like I always have. Because of work, I haven’t played BF4 for a long time. Now I hope to be able to lift the ban by appeal. I swear I never cheated.Finally, thank the administrator for helping me with my account.

It all happened four years ago, when I just bought this game, all the illegal killings were on the same server, and we didn't do it after that. But now I can only query this server information, can't query the details. The battle report, am I dead?

As far as I know, nope. Try maybe looking for your friend's battlereport at the time.

No one saw the battle report at that time. I asked my friend, they said  no one would look at it for no reason, so what should I do now?

Many teammates didn't add friends at the time, I think these two should be teammates at the time.

Checked both, found no report indicating stat padding or aimbot (they both have similar stats as OP).
