You should start by claiming your soldier. Find your account, like the link you posted, and click the big blue claim button.

Clear your cache and cookies, use a new browser, etc.

so i get the player claimed in my browser ... but it stays on a blank screen ..this is after clearing cookies from beginning  of time .. so i have no clue if this doesnt work .. this is all because some stream sniping scrubs want to troll .. smh

i was live on the entire time , had a team mate who was flying around and as we were all laughing i landed on a roof dude then drops a gun i picked it up shot rounds dropped it and continued my game play by all means look at my kills with which weapons i use its a stock sniper rifle and pistol being the g18 dude dropped it i simply picked it up and dropped it right back down, i have nothing to do with how or why that weapon was in the match. 

i have clips of me even calling out the "modder" in the previous game for never missing a shot as he whooped on me, i have clips of me laughing as hes floating in mid air he joined my squad and did his thing which again i have nothing to do with. 

I have no reason to mod hack or change gameplay as i dont take it that serious i just swapped from ps4 to pc and started playing not to long ago ive always been legit and will always be legit.

So, do you have a video where you "picked up" this railgun?

I do not , wish I did. I have another clip of the same dude doing his thing in game and yet I’m still playing as normal . Shooting killing and dying . 

All I can say is if I had a way to manifest a rail gun or mod the game I think my kd and accuracy % would be a bit higher than 1.2 and 23% .  By all means I have no need to cheat
