"Cheatscore" is reset to 0 when players are set to CLEAN. Cheatscore is just an indicator used by the sitebot to ban people automatically based on their stats.
A player is set to CLEAN whenever he gets reported and not enough evidence is found/provided against the player OR when the player gets unbanned through a ban appeal. An admin cannot set a player to CLEAN without this player being reported or the player submitting a ban appeal, excepted only the staff members who have to be checked anyway.
CLEAN does NOT mean the player doesn't cheat or never cheated, it means that at this current time, there is no proof of cheat against this very player.
Also this section is for reporting players, if you have any question regarding the cheatscore, open a thread on the general section.
Last but not least, if you have any evidence of cheat from the players you listed, feel free to provide them, we're here for that.

They are not on my friends list and we don't protect cheaters here. However they are skilled players. My point about the Dunning Kruger Effect is that it explains to some degree that in order to identify the difference between skill and cheats requires you to have some skill in the first place. It seems you have trouble identifying skill which is why I asked.
