how i can claim soldier?

i got ban for no reason im casual bf player 1 and 4 . usually play on planes not really good but not super bad and got baned for no reason i really cant understand this ban and get out on all servers i try to enter someone can help me i never use shit in my life since cs 1.6 i play pc shooters and never ever use hack and shit. ty
