I took a break from PC battlefield because none of my friends were playing at the time, but to my surprise I've been banned on a lot of servers for something I did not do. My account was compromised 8 months ago. I read that you guys don't want to appeal hacked accounts, but I was just talking to Amit on Origin customer service getting my account back yesterday.

https://imgur.com/a/8TnjoA8 Here is the only evidence I can dig up, it is the case file from yesterday on Origin support, I didn't understand why I wasn't getting emails when choosing "forgot my password" on Origin Launcher. The ban happened 8 months ago and I didn't even know it happened until this morning. I'd really appreciate some leniency, just trying to have a good time on battlefield again. If you really do not want to lift the ban, I guess I can just make another account and buy the game again while it's on sale.
