Meu nome e ricardo,jogo bf4 desde 2015 ,gostaria de reevendicar  o desbloqueio de minha conta de jogo,pois não cometi nada de absurdo para tal castigo,meus estatus são elevados porque jogo diariamente ,não sou novo no jogo...

Gostaria de saber o porque desse ban,sendo que eu jogo bf4 desde 2015, só porque tenho uma cadencia de jogabilidade alta sou banido ,vamos rever esse fato.
