Reason: Suspicious Stats

I contacted the EA-Games, Punkbuster, and I have been redirected here.

This was 3 months ago:

"I didn't play for 3-4 months, I recommended to my friend that he could use my origin games.I got back from abroad, and I wanted to play BF4 for 2 weeks ago. When the map loaded, I got this message: "Banned permanent for suspect gameplay" I have a question: what happened to my profile? I get auto-kick always. What can I do now?"

(I haven't talked to this friend since it happened, because I didn't know, he was cheating.)

I want to play again with my team in Battlefield 4.

I didn't pay for the game to ban my profile, what I did not use during this period.
