BUT: This profile was banned 2 years ago when your system went live, long before the account was hacked. In addition, the account was only a few days in foreign ownership. (7 days) Meanwhile the account was also given a two-factor authorization, so that a new hack cannot take place again. By the way, an explanation would be desirable, because I still don't know what this means. It would therefore be appreciated if you could remove the present ban.

My Origin Profile was hacked a few months ago (October). But I reclaimed it with the help of the EA-Support.
