Rickey has been reported on another name before but wasn't banned due to failure of proof. He's using a no recoil hack or macro, his gun doesn't ever rise the slightest bit, even though he's using 1000 dpi and 10% in-game sensitivity, which is higher than mine and I've practiced a ton and still can't hold the gun this still. It's not possible.
