than i am just trying to get back to my game that i wasnt cheat some how i just get banned that something to do link account

hi i dont know why get ban for link account i dont understand what is mean  all i know i did buy this gameing laptop and battlefield 4 already download it i just open my account and buy this game  3 days ego and suddanly i cannot play the game because reason is link account and i dont know how i have link account i buy this game and paid some extra shortcuts . But i am been end up been ban something i didnt do 

and i am already been banned before something i didnt do that is the reason i buy new game because been denied i spent extra money to buy contend shortcuts  to not start from beggining then this is happend link account ban and i get back to square 1 i dont know what can i do to play this game am i be able to play at all before i join ea play spend £ 89.99 i has been ban i didnt do anything than i spend another £19.99 plus $26.99 for shortcuts i didnt play for 2 days than i get link account ban. I just wondering can i play this game in the future or not
