Sorry for opening another thread but my last thread was closed and without an explanation on how the link is valid.

Could you please kindly clarify to me how my account (https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/E5-Kev/stats/329322799/pc/) is linked to this account (https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/PAC_Sepukow/stats/1004397361404/pc/) ? The only linked account to my BF4 account is BF3 account.

Also I get that I am in the disadvantage here and on your ground but I have no clue who that is and I am not connected to that account in any way, hence my claim that this link is not valid.

I recently wanted to get back for some action after a long break and play some 'Lockers' over the weekend but to my surprise, I got the 'You have been banned from this server' prompt just after joining a server. I thought this is about PB. I did update it but no joy. I looked up the text message in google and came across a reddit post which lead me here and I found my profile to have 'Linked account' ban.

I followed the instructions on the forums and opened an appeal on Discord but I got no feedback whatsoever about how is my account linked to that other account. My appeal was just denied with a single reply and without a possibility to write back in the chat, so I am trying to reach out through forums.

Could you please kindly explain to me how my account was linked to that other account? I read that it could be on the same IP basis? My ISP assigns IP addresses dynamically - there is nothing I can do about this. 

I also ask for little understanding here, I am not familiar with the process and I am not sure what to do now. I hope this ban can be removed as I believe it was given by a mistake or by misinterpretation of data. I have been using this account since 2012 for multiple EA games.
