I claimed the account

Hi, i recently made a new origin account because i couldn't remember the password to my old one  and purchased bf4 premium and i played it yesterday and had no problems and then i woke up today and it says im banned for multi hack. I haven't used multi hack so i dint know why i was banned, pleases help
