Appeal: I dont play this game as much, and when i downloaded it again recently on every server it says I was banned by bf4db for using Multihack. Can you please cheak my battlelog and see my stats, I am a complete noob and I have never had more than 20 kills in one game. This has to be a mistake.

I have never played this game often, so after couple of months I have downloaded it again and now I cant join servers because it says i was banned for Multihack. Can you please help me and remove the ban? If you check my stats you will see that i am just a noob player, i have never used any of that software.
