My brother and I share a BF4 premium account, He was blatantly cheating and there is video proof. Which he knows (but doesn't care about the game like i do) I was level like 40 when he started cheating whilst i was with my girlfriend, i come home a couple days later to a rank 114 account and banned. I only decided to play again because of the new hype around it launching on steam. Just wondering if there was a way for myself to have an account and keep his banned? I can provide any proof of government ID's, bills with the same address, same Date of Birth, photo ID's. Please provide me with a list of items i can provide you with to prove my innocence 

Please let me play BF4 and punish him.
