Your refusal is denied !!!. My account has been hacked and you consider it my responsibility while I am a victim. Two-level security is not a mandatory requirement by EA but just recommended. By your refusal you deprive me of my game because you act on the majority of servers BF4. I will take legal action against anyone who acted in this case to deprive me of my game. You will not make the law. The cybercrime service will handle this case. I will inform the French and international press of your practices.

Whaou !!!! I discovered these battlelogs. Actually I see on these logs many headshots it's for sure an aimbot !!! 

But it's not me because 10 months ago my game was uninstall.  I never used cheat system.  I don't understand how my account soldier has been compromised. No alert mesage...Someone has connected to my account during my absence. I contact Origin now to have any information about this and I will change my Origin password now !! Can you give me the exactly dates of this logs?

Can you accept my appeal and do you have any advice about security of my account?

Appeal:I'd like to know since when I'm banned and the reason, I just reinstall BF4 without playing for months and I did not have this problem before. It is marked that I am 100% cheat?  I never had a problem cheating on any game. I do not understand, have you looked at my BF4 stats ?? Have you seen my accuracy and ratio ?? !! they are not stats of a cheater !!!! It's really a bad joke this ban. Can you cancel it thank you.
