Appeal:
I did not aimbot. What exactly here in the given photo proves outright aimbotting? What most closely seems to be the cause to me is that UMP kill to headshot ratio, why does this constitute without a doubt aimbotting? It is possible to get that amount of headshots and even then the actual stats aren't very far fetched in that matter. Although I believe I was farming for UMP attachments by getting kills I can't retrieve a battlereport since I don't have premium and unless there is some other way I can get it (If one of you can tell me) I would do it as quickly as possible and get back to you. If it is for the Shorty, that accuracy makes sense as given the means and nature of the actual shotgun, you either hit or don't especially with consideration of the range at which it is used, you use it close range and so thats why I have a high accuracy for that weapon. The other weapons appear to be somewhat normal so I don't really understand that. The Sniper's headshot per kill ratio makes sense as since its a sniper, you aim for the head and its not in any way weird because of that logic, why would these computer made statistics think that a sniper would not have lots of headshots with relation to total kills? Overall based on the logic for some of those weapons cause for alarm, seems like whatever dictates "suspicious weapons" is not absolute enough and not realistic especially since every single weapon on there does not have any outwardly crazy stats since there are human factors that can't be taken into account (High proficiency with a certain weapon for example). If you think that accuracy on the UMP is oddly low for the headshots, they don't correlate, if you also happen to think thats why. Even then the actual reason for ban, aimbot, does not correlate with the given stats as there is no video proof and because of that the user cannot prove that aimbotting is the cause of these "abnormal statistics". That's because stats, numbers, does not directly prove use of aimbot and it shouldn't even be used in that case.
Additional Information:
I also would like to mention that my confusion and my large explanation is due to one of your administrators, who banned me, not specifying in detail after making a ban which led to my confusion and large explanation as previously said. This is shown in your "Banning Terms and Policy" (https://bf4db.com/banning) under "Stat Evidence" article one where it states, "Stat-based bans will be considered on a case by case basis - any bans based specifically on stats must be detailed by the admin;". I know what you may be thinking, that only applies to bans being made by an administrator originally, not caused by a user posting a ban request or anything alike, but given the terms and policies stated it does not specify and thus is so general, it can apply to this situation as I explained it. That means the administrator that banned me was in violation of your terms and policies since he/she registered for this website which makes it apply to he/she. That might say something about the ban being void as well and thus, invalid. Overall, statistics realistically cannot outright prove use of aimbot since someone could be just, that good, even if that had an overall 100% accuracy and headshot to kill ratio and thus does not constitute an aimbot claim for me being banned. Not trying to call that administrator out of course, I don't want to come off as attempting to incriminate as I'm sure it was just a mistake but that is just how it is given what wasn't said.
Nothing else other than to consider that I cannot retrieve any battle reports unless there is some other way of doing so, I've searched official forums made by and pinned by administrators and cannot find any other way other than through battlelog, extremely sorry for the inconvinience. Perhaps one of you could reply some other way and I would get back to you even if this is denied for future reference for whatever I may need it for.
