Appeal: I read the section of the forum which detailed that hacked accounts were not a viable reason to appeal a ban, but the picture below shows that on May 2, 2018, the email address and battletag for my account was changed to both -Removed- and ScarlGaming, respectively. I had no clue this was the case until yesterday, April 25, 2019, when I tried to play Battlefield 4 with my friends for the first time in over a year. When I noticed that my account information wasn't working, I called Origin support and reclaimed control of my account and resecured everything--I still had control of my original email address, -Removed-. As soon as I recovered the account, I changed the name back to ThimasGaming. In doing research, I'm upset that I can't play BF4 with my friends because some scumbag stole my info and decided to cheat on my account--I'm banned for "suspicious stats." I really don't want to have to buy another copy of the game on a new account just to play with my friends, especially since I've reclaimed my existing account. Is there any chance my account could be unbanned?
