Dear Support,
I'm contacting you today regarding the ban that has been placed on my account. Honestly, I can't think of any reason as to why this happened, so I have decided to contact you and see what happened.
Please check out this issue for me and help me out because I really miss playing with my friends and every second I spend away from the game feels like drifting away from the people I enjoy playing with and falling miles behind them on the only good servers which have your plugin.
You can see from my stats that there is absolutely no evidence of dodgy stats, my KDR is only 1.08 which is awful. I cannot see why I am banned from the best servers there are on Battlefield 4. I have friends that can vouch for me because they know I do not cheat and will never cheat because we all hate playing against cheaters as they ruin the game.
It says that my account is "Cheat 100%" but I see no reason for this. I have been given no reason for me being banned. I suppose it is kind of a compliment that I have been banned for only have a 1.08 KDR.
On one of the servers that I played on I even got unbanned as they saw that I was not cheating after they reviewed my ban. If you need any proof of this I will try and get the documents that prove this.

Also from this battle report https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1260196792211936256/869773642/ I was just lying down with my bipoded LMG and was spraying down people that's why I got kills without dying as much.

I would greatly appreciate someone looking into this as I've said before that I have not cheated and will never cheat. I am really missing playing with my friends on good servers that we have always played for as long as I can remember.
