Hello,

I haven't played Battlefield in years, and a few friends of mine were getting back into it now that it's on Gamepass. But while getting our first game going I was insta-banned from all servers we tried. After some research I found this website and service and was really confused. I was banned for association to an account that was just X's and I's that I had never heard of, but it's not in any way someone I know. I think I had only ever played significantly with maybe one other friend (who is also getting back into it) who is still in the same platoon as my soldier. I've never been really tech savvy or very good at Battlefield (I had to look at my paltry .89 KD to change my clantag), so I have to assume it was made in mistake or for someone else. I also lived on a college campus, but I don't know if that's at all relevant to that sort of situation.

I know I was having issues with Origin and Nintendo leaking my email and password a long while back, so if it's any way related to another person using my account at a certain time, that is assuredly taken care of now. I've changed all my passwords and have set up two-factor authentication where I can. I've also checked to make sure Punkbuster was up-to-date and searched my account to make sure the issue wasn't there, as well. I was just hoping to maybe get back into Battlefield 4 with my friends now that they have PC's as well, so if there's anything I need to do/submit please let me know!
