I was banned for cheating in 2018 and I'm trying to get the ban appealed now since I'd like to be able to play with my friends. My appeal was declined with no reason given other than "We do not give cheaters a second chance".

The admin responsible for the appeal seemed to be unnecessarily hostile, considering the ban was given in 2018. While I do understand that keeping cheaters out of the playerbase is important for the wellbeing of the honest playerbase, I find it unfair for me not being able to argue my point.

So as per the ban policy :  "If an appeal is denied, the appeal may be escalated by submitting a new appeal and indicating the desire to have it escalated." I'd like to escalate the appeal and have it processed preferably by another member of the staff.

The reason I'm posting here and not on discord, is because I do not seem to have access to the ban appeals channel, nor any other chats for that matter.

I'd be happy to schedule a voice call or provide additional information to a staff member if necessary.
