I dont get it... is this guy innocent... has he just been given a pass? Is he now just perpetually investigating?

Hate to post in someone else's appeal but I was gonna report this dude and saw that it was "investigating". Since i cant PM mods anymore i didnt know what else to do.

In this video he has a very peculiar tic... Whenever he is startled by an enemy he attempts to shoot but ends up jumping at the same time... messing up his shot. It's almost as if he is spamming a button bound close to his jump button for some "unknown reason"...

Hopped into spectator to spectate a totally different guy... guy died and camera randomly jumped to Kirk300 just in time to witness him vault over the beepers between B and C. He had a sniper rifle, with an 8x scope and was 10-15 feet away from the enemy. His 8x crosshair was locked to the upper center chest of this individual. The individual was also jumping around like a mad man and the crosshair was just tracking him to the pixel.

Sadly my shadow play said it was recording but when i checked my folder there was only a white unknown file of 0kb. I talked in chat anter thinking i had the footage i needed and he dared me to get him banned. He said that PB and FF both have "white listed his hacks" whatever that means. Here is the screenshot of him admitting to hacking.

Here is a screenshot of his recent suspect headshot ratios (over 50% head shots in some) and AUG accuracy (getting over 40% accuracy on more than one occasion) Trust me when i say he was a bot... While spectating him he had the playstyle of "hold w and press mouse 1 when you see enemy"

He also stated that he is not afraid to get banned because "he has multiple accounts"

Full disclosure I have NO CLUE if he is banned or just reset his stats... but i can dream.

I know its short and that was the main reason I wanted to PM someone... If i could have done that then i would have made the video unlisted and only given the link to admins here. Not big on the whole "name and shame" thing. Thats why i like to be 100% sure before i put something up. Keep up the awesome work ladies/gents.

So I would have simply DM'd a site admin about this but ....... I seem to not have the option to dm anymore. Is that a new site thing or did I break a rule or something? 

Anyway... I got the tail end of a dudes game where he was going 41/8 and when i spectated him he was doing some "interesting stuff" not quite sure what to make of it so I wanted some second opinions from well trained eyes. Of course the moment i spectated him he left the server never to be seen again.
