I can't explain it, i don't played this account for one year. Now i recovered it, set my password and authentification method and saw that i was banned. What should i do now?

Appeal: I don't know what i was banned for. Now i recover my old account and have ban. What can i do to get unbanned? I don't have any programms, plugins, addons and so on, never used it. This game is one of a little that can i play on my old computer at work.
