guy set as clean, but he is using wall hack

so I reported : https://bf4db.com/player/1004619639457 this guy, because I used admin tool to look at his linked accounts. he just got cleared by scavenger for clean stats and he could not find any linked banned accounts.

so how do i use it ? cause the account Przemek198607 pops up when looking at admin tools seaching on linked account, and its banned by scavenger - is he not linked to JD-Deflix? or how do I use it? I mean can it not be trusted as solid tool to determin linked accounts? pls answer me so I can use it correctly in the future

so I befriended this guy two weeks or so, and saw this report of him:

So I got my servers protected by the bf4db procon plugin, and was wondering how you get servers listed, on "servers" menu? or is it only a few selected servers listed?
