I was banned under false pretense by RazorBites (L0IIyp0p8o on BF4) who was later banned for glitching high on top of mountain on Locker map to gain unfair advantage for kills and the real reason why his group wanted me banned.

Any chance my appeal can be revisited since it's false pretense and I didn't kill anyone nor even shot at anyone?  Linked-account ban seems excessive when I've never cheated.

98% of the time I legitimately play the MAV in locker to fly to C before enemy and land on tower or ledges to recon.  Also, opportunistically kill enemy with their own explosives.  And, use it outdoors to blow up mortars and spawn beacons.  2% of the time as of recently I watch suspect players specifically 1manbeck but only for recon as the other uses are ineffective.  I can evade around corners indoors or in high ceiling with the MAV's motion sensor or fly safely right above the hill outdoors plus MAV resupplies are infinite so there's no advantage to being stuck in/under wall.  Real issue is 1manbeck doesn't like being watched plus it doesn't help that I've legitimately killed him with his own team's explosives so it would benefit him to conspire to get me banned for made up reasons like points.  If I care about points I'd farm with vehicles but I'd rather put suspect players on notice.  Difference is he's using glitches to gain an unfair advantage for kills which I'm not so he's the greater of two evils so it'll be a disservice to ban one person but not both.

Appeal: I'm guilty of watching suspect players up close with MAV when stuck in the wall on locker map.  One particular player is 1manbeck which I make it obvious to him that he's being watched.

Unlike him I've never used unfair advantage to gain kills which he does by repeatedly map skipping as shown in the videos below.  MAV, on the other hand, is rather useless stuck in wall versus from air where it can legitimately blow up enemy with their own explosives and more freedom of movement.

As a compromise, I'd like to request a temporary ban for myself and will stop watching suspect players up close with MAV stuck behind wall.  I'd like to also request a temporary ban on 1manbeck which I'll submit in another post so he can stop map glitch skipping to gain unfair advantage and kills.  Thank you for your time.
