It has come to my attention that you denied my account due to being hacked and clam "your account is your responsibility.". This doesn't hold merit since even with two-factor authentication and a good password, hackers have access to two-factor authentication services that can easily bypass that. It's my responsibility up to a point, but I cannot control the servers of Origin. I would hope you can reconsider this, due to your policy not really holding any ground.

Appeal: It would seem my account has been hacked. My account was active 7 months ago, had region set to Russian Federation, and had favorited Brazilian servers. The website doesn't allow for more than one photo to be uploaded. If you need more contact DymanoXAdd#5297. My friend just got the game and I just want to play with them.
