Why I am banned reason:  Linked Account

This is the account I am accused of being linked to:  https://bf4db.com/player/804295144

Now that I have actually paid attention to that account I am being accused of being linked to I understand.  That is my Nephew's account and he came over a month or so ago and brought his laptop to play with me on my favorite server.  I called him and he has confirmed he was banned for using an aimbot.   This is a link to his other name on same account:  https://bf4db.com/player/804295144

I guess because we were on the same network my account was then linked to his, but I assure you I am no cheater and would just like to be able to play once again.

I am being accused of having a linked account that has aimbot, but this is the only account I have ever had.   Not sure how a linked account works, but i did recently move from Arkansas to Wisconsin if they are IP based somehow then this may explain it all.   Please help me with this issue.

I have never had more than this one account.   This is the first time I have tried logging into my favorite server in 5 days and now can't play at all due to a so called linked account.     Please help me with this issue.    I have had this one account for as long as I have been playing BF4.
