I am appealing a ban that happened 4 months ago, I have never used an aimbot and do not intend to. How does playing a good game constitute a ban? There is no video evidence posted only that rounds stats. To me it seems that the ban policy should be revised as it is open ended and anyone who is pissed off at another player can make a case to get another banned for no reason. My weapon of choice for that round was a sniper and it only kills with one shot for a head shot. Does it not make sense that I would be going for head shots? If I had high accuracy then I would be much more convinced that this ban was legitimate.

Your policy states that the admin must provide a reason for a ban but none was provided. "Stat-based bans will be considered on a case by case basis - any bans based specifically on stats must be detailed by the admin;"(https://bf4db.com/banning). Based on your policies that were not followed( I am assuming being banned for an aimbot falls under stats based bans), because for your admins failure to follow procedures the ban should be lifted as well as the fact that I have never used an aimbot. All I want to do is play the game I payed for.
