Hello there, im playing Battlefield Hardline for a quite a long time and im bored.Than I downloaded Battlefield 4 after 9 months.

I installed punk buster and launched the game, when i try to get in a server (any server) it kicks me,  and I wondered why this server always kicks me and I tried to get in a server with battlelog so I can see the reason behind this and im shocked.

It says kicked by an admin because I used a multihack.

I did some research on the internet and I come up with this site, because I want to learn the point of being banning and when I banned.

When I was a young, I love playing Csgo. But one day when I was mad to enemy team I used hack and I instantly banned. From that day I never used hacks ever. And so I wanna appeal this ban because I didint use any hacks or third party program.
