What is it for the Hardline cause Ive never hacked it and it does not give me a PB stated reason?

Can you please help me with that sir that is super frustrating im googling even how to see the stated reason but it not possible..

I really think Its unfair that i was able to claim account then it gets revoked.Can you guys please give me a chance for that you can monitor me.

But what about my hardline though its not a game that ive played alot i bought it and played a while and after a while it gave me the pb error so that where i dont understand and it does not give me a stated reason?

Long ago I got banned I knew I have done wrong but it was only for testing purposes. If I can claim my account back so that I can play bf4 I wil prove to you im still a fair player and ive never hacked bf hardline and it would be nice to be able to play it to I am able to play bf1.Please give me this chance so that I can prove to your guys, thank you for your time..IM really sorry
