I was equipped with DICE LA camo with a grenade or knife so I should have been hardly visible. In some instances they started shooting few seconds after I spawned...

The way they were playing is shitty (flying high), but I doubt you would be able to spot like that *that* easily. I verified there was no commander on the enemy team, also I couldn't spot a mav, but that's harder to verify.
